Indoor Soccer

On Wednesday, November 12th Kera started a new soccer team but this time, indoor. There are no games with this league instead, there are only drills and fun!

Abby waiting not so patiently for soccer to be done.

She seemed to have a lot of fun and I really liked seeing her out on that field!

Kera Turns 4!

I can't believe our little girl is 4!

It seems like just yesterday that this picture was taken...

...and now...

Here are Kera's 4 year old stats...

Head: 20.5 inches
Height: 44 inches - over the 97 percentile
Weight: 47 lbs - 97 percentile

She is a beautiful, spunky, and smart little girl and we are so lucky to have her!

On Kera's birthday (as with Abby's 4th birthday) she got her big girl bed and WOW, was she excited...she wouldn't even let us get it upstairs before laying on it.

For her birthday outing we decided to go bowling. We always have so much fun bowling...regardless of the score!

Scores top to bottom: Kera, Amy, Abby, Jim, and Burrs
After bowling we headed to Yard House for lunch.

Unfortunately, Kera's bed frame did not arrive until the day after her birthday but, she didn't care, she was more than ready to nap in her new big girl bed!

Later it was time for birthday dinner, mac-n-cheeses, of course...

...and dessert, left over cupcakes from her party.

Finally is was present time.

She got some great gifts including a desk from Pepe...

But, I think her favorite gift was the 2 Anna dresses she got; one from her sister and one from her friends Mia and Jovie. It is very nice that there are enough costumes to share.

The day after Kera's birthday her new bed frame arrived and, it is perfect for not just one princess but TWO!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KERA!

Children's Museum and Iceskating

On Monday, November 10th there was no school so the girls and I took Pepe and Burrs to the Children's museum. We had a great time! And this time we also took advantage of some of their free demonstrations and short programs.

Demonstration on flammable gasses...

Time to take care of the animals...

...and make some juice.

Crafts anyone?

Acting class...

Two crazy pirates!

Another great morning at the museum!!

On Monday afternoon Pepe and Burrs came to Abby's ice-skating lesson. Burrs even got out on the ice for the last 20 min.

Kera's Birthday Party

On Thursday, November 6th my parents came to town to help us celebrate Kera's birthday!

First step in her birthday celebrations began on Saturday. In the morning she had soccer...

Then, it was party time...birthday party time. This year Kera had a Halloween themed birthday party. This was great for me because I was able to leave up our Halloween decorations and add a few more.

For the party Kera and Abby opted for their last years witch costumes.

Kera was so excited for her party to begin that she waited at Abby's window for her friends to arrive.

We all had a great time! Here are some of the pictures...

Another successful party in the books!

Halloween Candy Exchange

This year we continued the tradition of the girls trading in their Halloween candy in for a toy and this year they were VERY excited with their exchange.

Elsa and Anna dolls!

They have been wanting these dolls for SO long. They had planned on asking Santa for them so, their problem now, figuring out what to ask Santa for.
